Terms of Auction: 10% Buyers Premium will be charged to each lot purchased by bidder. Payment in full for all purchases is required on auction day in the form of cash, cashiers check, or personal or company check accompanied by bank letter of credit guaranteeing payment of check "NO EXCEPTIONS". All sales are subject to State of Georgia sales tax laws.

Sample Guarantee Letter:
